All the mercs' loot/death bags are a little buggy. Eventually, if there is one of those bags out there, all of one dead mercs's stuff ends up in one bag. Sounds likely to be a graphics glitch. Try restarting the game when that happens and see if it goes away.

Either that or they've all been recruited by Galactus and don't know it yet.

There was no Kiriel Kalin in your m93 vault on Epic. There was an Elriel Kalin. I deleted that one, but saved a copy for the time being in case you did not want that one deleted.

To the best of my knowledge this problem has been resolved.
