I think the highest I've ever got was around 33-35ish. I always end up getting a bit bored with them around that time

I'm a little confused, you're aware that the player housing chest does exist? It also as far as I know works with the exact same script that the mulrok chests do. I imagine a restriction put on requiring the fighter class was to avoid an overly cheesy build like Bard/WM/RDD (that takes some feats so not sure how possible that would be, probably late game if at all.
