Richterm's Retreat needs a face lift, and we want your help!
We've created a competition to remodel the site, and anyone can participate.
Here are the ground rules:
1. Only one submission per contestant, include your forum username.
2. Entries must be submitted by 12:00 AM CDT, Saturday September 17th.
3. Send your entry to DM_Kephri@nordock.net
4. Though you will be credited, all submissions become the property of Richterm's Retreat once sent.
5. The winner should be prepared to provide follow-up support (scaled images, buttons, etc) to help bring the new theme to life.
6. This is an artistic, rather than technical, challenge. No knowledge of HTML is required.
7. Submissions must include JPEG screen mockups of the main index page and forum index page (at minimum)
8. Each screen must not exceed 1024 pixels in width and 768 pixels in height.
9. Additional supporting images can be submitted if desired, but do not ensure higher placement.
10. Feasability will be a factor in judging, because of the limitations of our
theme infrastructure and the amount of effort required in implementing major deviations. All sections/functionality should be present, though placement can be different.
Ok, so what do you get if you win?
Well, your design will become our new internet home away from home. You'll get a plaque in the Gateway to Nordock on the mains, and your work will be credited on the site. Oh, and we'll give you something nice in game too... Chon did mention a super-vorpal sword or somesuch...
