items DM x1 greater restoration once a day. a helm of mind shield.

I am not sure what you are asking here, and I do not have DM access to Revenge, but passwords are no longer authenticated. (Gamespy went down several years ago.) Make up a new one, as long as you remember your account name. If you cannot remember your account name, ServerHost might be able to help you, if you remember character names.

I login in with same account name, all builds are gone.

I will plead my case to revenge DM this weekend if I can.

After seeing this, I had to check. My characters are all there.

Check the spelling of your account name, it is case sensitive. If your account name is Joe Smith, entering it as joe_smith will not work. You have to use upper case J and S, and use a space instead of the underscore _ . I suggest you try to enter it several different ways, and see if that works for you. Your characters should still be in the vault. Also, make sure that there are no odd characters that you might not be noticing, such as a "." before or after a word in the name. The account name has to be entered exactly as it was when you were playing before, or your characters will not show up. (I know - I have entered mine as all lower case letters, only to find an empty vault. I would swear that it was lower case previously, and discovered that I was wrong. )
