For some reason, Zach has paid for a 21st level with a trainer and can't level up. Stuck at 20th

another round of DDoS I suspect occured and knocked down the database, so despite paying for the level up, without the database leveling up would not have been possible. Server requires a reset, I've contacted Michelle.

Good News: the reset worked and Zach can level up

Bad News: Zach ATS crafting has been reset to Zero. (0) on everything

All primary and secondary skills are zero.

Can they be restored?

I will look at a local copy to find the details where I was

I'm seeing two players online on the site, none of them are actually online. I think we need another full reset. I already told Raradra
