Web bug

This is an NWN bug (not a Nordock bug). It can be devastating to dex-based characters so everyone should be aware of it. When ettercaps cast web on you, and your dex is reduced to 3, sometimes it doesn't recover. Your stat will show it recovered, but your AC and your reflex saves will be very low, as though your dex was still 3. There was a fix for this on the vault some time ago.

Oh, I forgot to mention - it seems like a relog fixes the problem.

Equip a new dex item. Equip, then unequip. That fixes it.
