Not exactly a bug, but very close. More like a missing feature.

The pesky troublesome RDD class strikes again. This time its on Epic item armor and robes. As you know Lvl 10 --RDD-- can't wear items that until they are modified by the tailor to fit over the RDD wings. The gotcha is that since Epic items are plot items there is no way to put the item on the table for the tailor to modify. They can't drop out of PC inventory. So that's uncool. If any DM wishes to help out, I would be happy to login and try options.

Once again, thanks for the assistance.

and another issue with RDD on Diff, message on the screen says

"[Server] Character does not have prerequiste feats required for feat."

I was able to select feat but server rejected it. Its very possible that the feat does have a min required level.

must have epic weapon specialization, it is a feature on the servers to keep everyone from having dev by forcing them to take minumum of 4 ftr levels
