Am I doing something wrong or is something wrong with Epic server? When I try to skin an animal it says I can only do it once. I had not done anything yet.

Try resting, and then try to skin again.

P.S. There is a similar bug with mining. Everyone must rest, at least once per day.

But I need meat to make rations before I can rest
