Some items are cannot be sold in Diff and Revenge, Maybe its a feature rather then a bug,

Those are plot items, sorry! You might trade them with others.

In the OC (original campaign, single-player version), yes. On Diff or Revenge, no. It seems that because Diff and Revenge are HCR, it was decided to keep the OC plot items, to help players. And sometimes they do help.
