Paladin leveling

So whats the deal with Paladins? I went to level up to 13 and its giving me Blackguard feats telling me I dont have the pre-requisite to level up so I cannot level.

I copied his character, Ranika Davis (the only lvl 12 paladin in his character vault) to my own vault, and she's levelling fine... there's alot of outdated overrides (.2da) files that can mess with things, I'm not sure what he has on his installation, but it's not server related.

I told Boyd where to look, he took feat.2da out of override, and was able to level Ranika.
