CDkey and Ip stuff
CDkey and Ip stuff
So I guess Nordock has some accounts logged to IP addresses or CDkeys? or something? Which is a good thing.
bad news is that since I installed and played Nordock, my IP and cdkey have both changed. As has my lady's. How do I fix this?

If you log in with username: CDKEY_der_gespenst
A DM can then move the cdkeys you are using to the "der_gespenst" account.
Or something like that, If I'm not mistaken.
Cheers

Re: CDkey and Ip stuff
Will it be a problem that I may have up to three people logging in via the same home network?

Possibly;....you need to specify "Client Port" in nwnplayer.ini, like here: http://nwn.wikia.com/wiki/Nwnplayer.ini
If you have any performance issues left then, you can fiddle with the "CPU affinity" option too (select which core to use the nwn process).
If you have texture rendering issues with an ATI card, there is a post on the reunion facebook page about ATI drivers; https://www.facebook.com/groups/422520824507717/
The top post of Matthew Byk contains info on how to install Phoenix's opengl.dll.....if I'm not mistaken.
I also read (here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/nwncp/) that the newest NVIDIA geforce(?) 1070-1090 GTX has texture issues that are still unfixable.
Cheers, although I wouldn't recommand any alcohol when fiddling to get Nordock going;)

Re: CDkey and Ip stuff
If you are using a GoG key/set of CD keys, you will need to grab some new ones from a key generator. Log in a new account, say key_wulf or similar, we can then move that key to your RR accounts.

I've moved the keys. Give it a try and let us know if it isn't working.Wulf wrote:I did my 3 logins, Redms did hers
