Dropping crafted items

Ok so, earlier when I was in the workshop, we dropped a crafted gold tower shield, now when I left, all the npcs were still there, but when I came back, upon entrance, all the npcs vanish, and none of the ats interactables are working (ie, the forge isn't smelting ore), upon dropping another crafted item, the npcs re-appear, but the ats systems still aren't working. . .

Think we need a reset.

After relogging, was ATS still not working? This sounds like a weird lag thing, but let's see what Raradra says.
