took the feat scribing scrolls but it is now allowing me to do it anymore? anyone know the reason?

missing .2da for the server.

-edit- I have most of a fix in the works, but I stopped development on the server since I started my project to modernize Nordock into a newer engine. The old scripts are still in place if someone has the .2da for the scrolls/potions

I have the 2008 public release, how do you extract the .2da files from it?
