Rave_N_Mad didn't work. She was booted from epic and the strip server upon login

Hi all,
...I will occasionally get a message at login to epic that "your CD Key is already in use on that server"
I guess when I bought the game from GoG I got a generic Key and someone else has the same CD Key. So I have contacted GoG to please supply an independent Key for me only. Please let me know if this sounds right. If not please can someone help me.
