Seems to affect all party members in a common area.

Area transition has been reported to be in the middle of one of the maps, I will look into this.

From scratch, no. Tweaking areas and bug fixing, yes. To overhaul the entire module would take a long time and alter the "feel" of the module. Some of the charm is how archaic some of it is
