Goal: Remove Shifter Level (which was the last level obtained)

Any help would be appreciated. I would do it myself via the Frog. (but there is no Frog in Revenge)

Oops, Does Diff have the elusive Strip Server. Tang has equipment above his level (ILR) and i can't login.
