Moving to the Central US timezone on Thursday. I have no idea what days I'll be available, yet.

I'm in the middle of moving into a different house. Give me a couple weeks, and I'll see if I'm able to join or not. I'd like to, if I can. Feel free to start without me, and I'll join later (if so).

I voted yes, because I like ILR more than not having it; however, I believe a good portion of the player base just wants to dominate everything. I'm not sure if any of them even read the forums to put in their say on the matter. I'm afraid that they might stop playing if we implement it.
