Fixed.. I had an old override assassinfeats.. that gave Assassins HIPS at lvl 8.. all good now..

I'd like to take another Assassin level and choose 'Armor Skin' but when I complete the leveling, it says 'Character has too many feats' and puts me back to the beginning again.
