Re-installation didn't work. I think next step would be de-levelling the character. Please also let me know if you have other ideas.

In the interim let me go ahead and install a new copy of game. In an hour I will let you know either it works or not.

I've tried removing all custom content, still getting the message..
No, the character doesn't have RDD levels.
Haven't tried the new clean installation yet. Should I?

For one of my characters server is refusing login with following message;

'Character class has spell learned twice'

character name is Leranith Quael

Is it possible to recover the issue?
